The chef Joseph, "Toque Blanche du Limousin", provides for imaginative, gourmet and tasty cuisine which varies according to the season. Dishes include:
  • Rump steak with Brise violet mustard
  • Roast young pigeon, deboned and stuffed, slow-cooked carrots, truffle juice
  • Iced Millefeuille with vanilla gingerbread, chocolate and mocha sauce
  • Vanilla and Pistachio "Pana Cotta", orange marmalade

The Ambazac mountain sites and picturesque views are without a doubt one of the most beautiful of the Limousine region.
The Dolmen de la Lieue will unveil its secrets and visit the gardens of the Château de Montmery, built by the aristocratic Havilands who gave porcelain its letters patent of nobility.
In the Ambazac Roman Church, a magnificent case dating back to the end of the 12th century made of copper with enamel decoration (a masterpiece of Limousin silversmith). Ambazac also has a mineralogy and petrography museum which is most worth discovering.

15 minutes away: Limoges, capital of porcelain and fire arts.
